Positive: Great apartment, nicely furnished and very comfortable. The location was close to the Metro (e.g. line 2) and 350 metres away from the river Suzhou creek (with its nice pedestrian walk). Calm and relaxed neighbourhood. Fanny was very friendly and helpful - everything was very well prepared and arranged. The communication was always very fast and supportive. We had a wonderful time in Shanghai and enjoyed the apartment a lot, thank you very much!
